Removal NOTE: On dual installations only, secure clevis
assembly to steering cable end.
1. Remove cotter pin, clevis pin and locking sleeve.
Unthread the cable coupler nut and remove
steering cable.

1. Remove steering cable.

Reassembly 4. Tighten nut and washer against swivel ring.
Torque nut to 35 - 40 lb. ft. (47 - 54 N·m).
1. Install bushings by pressing into swivel ring.
