    (1) Only raft foundation in tube well area remains. Others
    finished.
    (2) Only diagonal strutting for B4 (corner of Malar Myaing
    1 and Pyay Road) remains.
    (3) Portion (1) for B3 casting finished. Portion (2) casting will
    change to 3.5.2017 because of Boom Pump.
    (4) Formwork for ramp, column and wall already finished.
    (5) Horizontal strutting for B3 (2Nos) already taken out.

    does not start yet.

    (6) Stair casting in viewing deck is finished.
    (7) In Block B, first floor casting (100%) finished.
    (8) In Block B, second floor is ongoing.
    (9) In Block A, other area of kalzip roof is finished
    and only ramp area remains because of slope
    pending.
    (10) In Block B, steel installation work (B1~B5) is
    finished.
    (11) High mast foundation (50%) finished and 2nd
    high mast location does not confirm yet.

    (1) UPG requested to Min Dhama to consider
    structure design for UPG signboard. UPG will
    give Archi Signboard design to Min Dhama.
    (2) Tank location from UPG ID drawing is Thant Khaing
    confirmed. UPG will give tank size, weight and Su
    material to Min Dhama to add in additional
    beam and short column to support under the
    tank.
    6 (3) UPG highlighted to Min Dhama about 3 main
    issues before raining season.
    (a) Fire proof paint/foam issues. Min Dhama need
    to submit material certificate for fire proof
    paint. Min Dhama need to introduce the fire proof
    suppliers/contractors to UPGs board of directors
    before start work. Min Dhama need to arrange Thant Khaing
    confirm date and time with UPG. Su
    (b) Internal and external wall issues. ACT need to
    submit design drawing/shop drawing and material
    certificate for cladding frame. To arrange aluminum
    sample mockup.
    (c) Ground Floor Issue. Structure designer can
    approve or no approve to cast ground floor slab
    and driveway slab concrete together. Formwork
    and rebar work from GF is postponed so long. So,
    does this can effect the durability of formwork and
    rebar quality and can happen any problem or not?
    (4) Transformer Location Issues. UPG will give
    transformer and generator exact location
    before GF casting. Transformer will placed by 2
    level shelf. If required, MDC need to do support
    under B1 slab.
    (e) Instruction by Ma Thet
    (1) Above actions are additional works. Thus, ask client
    to give official letter to Mottama Holdings Ltd.
    (2) Record changes from client.

    Mottama Center
    (a) Progress
    (1) Earthwork excavation (100%) finished at the end of
    March.
    (2) Lean concrete (75%) finished (Portion-1,3,4).
    (3) RC wall rebar is (50%) finished.
    (4) Ejector pit brick work (100%) finished. Myat Thin Ei
    (5) Column casting (to 2.1 level) is started.
    (6) Anchor bolt installation (53%) finished.
    (7) Mat foundation (70%) finished.

    (b) Plan
    (1) Mat foundation (Portion-5) will cast on 28.4.2017
