    Ralco offers pre-painted steel and aluminum coils in a wide range of colors. The coils have a primer coat of either PU or epoxy at 5 microns thick, and a finish coat that is 18-22 microns thick of either RMP, SMP, SDP, or PVDF paint. The coils range from 0.2-1.1mm thick, 610-1250mm wide, and can weigh up to 10 metric tons. Common substrate materials are steel grades of commercial quality, lock forming quality, structural quality, drawing quality, or extra drawing quality, as well as aluminum alloys 3003 and 3005.

    25 microns.

    The reverse side is coated with 5 7 microns of epoxy or polyester back coat and the color is
    RAL7035
