The contractor shall employ the following minimum key personnel during the
execution of the Contracted work.

As per Railway Boards letter No.2012/CE-I/CT/O/20 dated 10.5.2013 in case the Contractor
fails to employ the aforesaid key personnel, he shall be liable to pay an amount of Rs.
40000/- for each month of default in case of Graduate Engineers and Rs. 25000/- for each
month of default in case of Diploma Engineers.
