FRANCHISEE AGREEMENT

(Herein called as Party of the Second Part )
That I party of the First Part is desirous to start tour packages for religious Pakages,International
Pakages,Domestic Pakages ,Tickets Booking & Many More and for the same purpose I am willing to
appoint agent/s to do acts,deeds,things on behalf of my/our travel,mentioned as below :
1). That the party of the second part is authorize to start an office at anywhere in india on behalf of
TYREWALA TRAVELS & FOREX PVT.LTD.
2). That the party of the Second Part is authorized to collect money from the client for the said tour by
cheque and DD or by any other means on behalf of TYREWALA TRAVELS & FOREX PVT.LTD.,Ahmedabad.
3). That the party of the Second Part will have to deposit the full amount to TYREWALA TRAVELS &
FOREX PVT.LTD. After collecting from the client and till that time party of the Second Part is responsible
for all the works and also all the liabilities and after receiving the full amount of tour the party of the
First Part will be responsible to provide the tour package to the client and till that time the party of the
First Part is not responsible,liable and also is not bound to provide any service or tour pakage to the
client.That after receiving all the collections from the customers the Second Party will send the same to
the First Party by A/c. Payee Draft or by A/c. Payee cheque or any other means after deducting their

commission.The First Party after receiving from the Second Party will issue Money Receipt after
deducting TDS and Service Tax etc. applicable in this respect as per Law in force.
PAYMENT TERMS: All Payments should b e made through Cash / DD/ Online Transfers
favorin g Tyrewala Travels & Forex Pvt.Ltd.. Please do not give CASH to any of our Agents
or Branch Offices. Tyrewala Travels will not be responsible for any Cash Payments to Agents.
CASH Deposits should only be made at the Head Office in Ahmedabad only. Our Bank
Accounts are mentioned clearly on our website on the following link

them CHEQUE or Dem and Draft in favor of "TYREWALA TRAVELS & FOREX PVT.LTD." or
alternatively you can also deposit the money in our Bank account s mentioned online and show
them the deposit slip to confirm your seats
4).CANCELLATION POLICY: Before 30 Days 20% of the Tour Cost will be charged to
the traveler, Before 20 Days - 50% of Tour Cost will be charged to the traveler, Less than
10 Days 100% of Tour Cost will be charged to the traveler. Minimum cancellation of
6500 Rs i s applicable after original passport submission.
5). CONDITIONS OF BOOKING: Tyrewala Travels & Forex Pvt.Ltd is Travel & Tour operators
only, we do not control any Airline, nor we control any Coach Company, Hotel, Transport, or any
other service mentioned in the broch ure / pamphlet, as they are independently operating
agencies. But we take care in selecting the necessary ingredients required for conducting the
Tour keeping in mind your benefit & comfo rt. And just because we select them & inspect them
we cannot be responsible for any Delay or Improper services provided by these Independent
agencies. Also in case of Injury, Death or Loss / Damage which is caused by the act or default
of the management or employees of any Hotelier, Airlines, Coach Operator/ Company who are
independent contractors arising outside our normal selection and inspection process. We are
not responsible for the delayed / deficient services if any granted by them or / any act or actions
of co-travelers which may result in availing the following and / or other services on the Tour
6). CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL: The Tour Part icipant will have to strictly follow the Tour
program and return to India as per the validity of the Tour. Strict Action will be taken against any
person overstaying his VISA an d not returning to India as per the tour program.
7). That the party of the Second Part is authorized to start and conduct / function its office, and do
necessary publicity , appoint necessary staff to manage and operate day functions of office work, to

promote any kind of travel related business within its office premises solely on his own risk and
responsibility which has no concerned / related to the party of First Part.
8). All TPAs should make their own channel partners under them which will be mutually
decided by the said TPA and Tyrewala Travels & Forex Pvt.Ltd
9). Also all TPAs wii be given turnover discounts / incentives on the business done by them
which shall be mutually agreed between and said TPA and Tyrewala Travels & Forex Pvt.Ltd.
10). And lastly party of the Second Part is responsible for all the works,deeds,things and only after
receiving the full amount for the said tour,party of the First Part is responsible for all works,deeds,things
to arrange and provide the tour package to the client.
11). That the party of the Second Part is ready to pay the Refundable Security Deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- (
Rupees One Lac Only ) to the party of the First Part and this amount will be refunded to the party of the
Second Party after five years onlyon the demand of the party of the second Party of the Second Part
without any interest for which the Second Party has given One cheques in the name of First Party
herein mentioned below :

Further the Second Party has given an assurance that both the cheques would be honored by
presenting in the Bank on its respective dates.
12). If in future any problem arises between both the parties, to dispose the problem between
both the parties, jurisdiction is Ahmadabad City only.
13).That the party of the Second Part is authorized to do any activities and also arrange for the
said tour only with the full consent and permission from the party of the First Part with own risk

and responsibilities. And after receiving the full payment from the party of Second Part, party of
the First Party is responsible and liable to provide full and all the facilities for the Tours
14). That the party of the Second Part is authorized to work as agent / Franchise on behalf of
TYREWALA TRAVELS & FOREX PVT.LTD., Ahmedabad.
I have read and understood all the above terms and conditions.
