Terms & Conditions
We like to keep things simple at 21st Century Aesthetics, but at the same time we insist on the following terms and conditions to be adhered to at all times. By featuring on the site and all other modes of social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Kik, Periscope, Skype, etc.), models will accept these terms and conditions, and by entering into a contract with 21st Century Aesthetics. Models and clients will also accept these terms and conditions.
Who we are
We are an internet based company here to showcase aesthetic male and female physiques looking to gain additional exposure through social media and online advertising. We do it through a variety of ways that enable the client (model) and company (21st Century Aesthetics) to mutually benefit from all types of exposure.
Social Media
Since we are based online, social media is the king of spreading our message and advertising. By joining the company, we will do our best to maximize the exposure through the various ways of social media platforms not limited to whats listed above. This will allow more followers, and potential sponsors to see your individualized site.
Hash tag and Tag Responsibility, aka # and @
Once you are officially signed with us, you agree to tag and hash tag the company in your social media posts. By using the hashtag and @ symbol in your posts, you maximize the exposure by allowing potential sponsors to search via the # and @ to come across your profile. The most you post and use the # and @ symbols, the greater the chance they come across your profile and online posts.
Tag will use @21stcenturyaesthetics and hash tag will use #21stcenturyaesthetics Ownership of submitted photos and videos
Before you sign this agreement you retain ownership of all photos and videos you create. Once signed, any photos/videos/etc. submitted to the site become property of the company and can be used to market, advertise the company and/or client as we see fit.
Weekly Submissions
In order for us to properly market you and help acquire sponsors, donations, etcetera, we need to keep your web page updated as frequently as we possibly can. Photos and videos will be required every week so the public has new content to look at. The number of videos and photos will be at your discretion, but minimum of one video of 60 seconds in length and two (2) photos are required. All photos can be sent to photos@21stcenturyaesthetics.com and all videos can be sent to videos@21stcenturyaesthetics.com. Please use your name as the subject.
3rd Party Companies
When we set you up with a 3rd party company to do a video or photo shoot, you are to hold yourself in the highest regard and professionalism. Poor behavior and tardiness for will not be tolerated. If we find out your behavior is not professional, your contract is subject to termination. The consumption of alcohol is never permitted during work hours and drug use is strictly prohibited. Your agreement is subject to termination if you are found breaking these rules.
If you are doing a paid video/photo shoot, you will be paid the negotiated fee (if there is one) in accordance to the pay schedule in this agreement. The company retains 100% ownership of all media created from such shoot and clients will receive the proofs with company watermark.
Travel
If travel is extensive beyond the clients area, the company will do the best it can to minimize out of pocket travel expenses. If flights need to be booked, the company will book the flight in advance and deduct the costs of all travel out of future site revenue. Other travel expenses may occur and reimbursements will be negotiated prior to booking the trip or shoot. Failure to arrive for your scheduled photo shoots or video shoots will result in loss of income from client by any means legally possible and/or out of revenue from the site. Any and all legal fees will be charged to the client.
While on location, the company is not held personally, legally, or financially responsible for injuries, lost luggage, flight/hotel/car cancellations, etc. or cancelled booking by the photographer. The company will do its best to make sure the safety of our clients is adhered to but acts of God are out of the companys control. How Much Can I Make
The company plans on marketing and advertising the client to earn as much income as possible. Any money paid to the client will have all fees from merchants, online bill-payers, travel expenses, credit card fees, PayPal fees, etc. removed from earned income, before it is paid out.
Running a business does have expenses and we will invest and re-invest the money to get the client as much income as possible. Below will be the payout structure percentage after fees have been taken out.
Earned income will be paid out once a month following the previous calendar month.
CLIENTS WILL EARN 70% OF ALL INCOME THROUGH THEIR SITE
MONTHLY INCOME WILL BE PAID VIA CHECK/PAYPAL NO LATER THAN
THE 7TH OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH. EXAMPLE JAN 1-31, PAID BY FEB 7
Client will be required to submit valid mailing address and/or PayPal so they can get paid.
Revenue Streams
They are several ways to earn money through the company; here are some ways that it can be done. The more options you select, the more money you can make. Here are just a few ways on how to make money:
Website Donations Photo/Video Sales One-on-One Video Shows Phone Calls Apparel
Phone calls would be through a third-party phone app where the client calls the customer. The outgoing call from the client would be blocked and a mutual time between client and customer would be established prior to call taking place.
Apparel line sales go through the individual site of the client.. Clothing will be sent out to the client at no charge and they are free to keep them. Photos of client in clothing are required for the site and all social media platforms. International clients will have shipping expenses removed from their revenue if the cost is over $50 to ship.
One-on-One Video is also known as a cam show. The company does not have control of the content going on during these cam shows, but nudity is prohibited.
Photo/Video Sales are quite popular among websites. All photos and videos submitted for sale through the store must not show any nudity and any submissions that do will be not added to the store. Private Sales are strictly prohibited. If the company finds that a client has privately gone on their own to sell, market, advertise personal cam shows using company logo or personal PayPal account to avoid commission by company, termination of this contract will be IMMEDIATE and all month to date and future income will be forfeited. The company spends a lot of time and money advertising and marketing the client. This is only fair that we ask you do ALL sales go through the site.
Cancellation/Termination of Contract
The company can cancel this agreement anytime it sees fit if violations from any infraction in this agreement have occurred. If company or client feels that either party wants to terminate the arrangement, they must email us and the effective dates of cancellation are listed below.
All terminations/cancellations must be sent to owner@21stcenturyaesthetics.com with subject
CANCEL WRITTEN AGREEMENT and in the body of the email it must state, EFFECTIVE TODAY, I CANCEL MY AGREEMENT WITH THE COMPANY Sign full legal name under that.
Cancellation Dates
Between 1st - 15th: contract ends on the last day of current month
Between 16th - end of the month: contract ends on the last day of the following month.
E-Mail
All clients will receive a personal @21stcenturyaesthetics.com email address. All company communication and correspondence will take place through that address. Its client responsibility to keep up to date with company news. Access to email will be done via a link provided once it has been set up.
Intro and Thank you Video
We ask each client create a welcome to my page video. The video should be at least 60 seconds in length and show a little bit of their personality. Client has free creative control, but must be clean, no vulgar language or nudity permitted.
Referrals
Know a friend that has an aesthetic physique? If so and they are showcased on the siteany revenue they bring in you will earn 5%. Same payout time period applies. Privacy
The company wants to make sure the privacy of any one of our clients are maintained at all times. No personal information of any kind will be given to any third party without the expressed consent of the client.
Contract Modification
This contract can be modified at any time with or without . Copy will be available online. Signing agreement below constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of modifications and/or changes with or without notice. Company will do communicate the best it can letting the clients know of any changes.
