Dear Mr. Escalada Jr.:

We, the undersigned officers and members of HARI NG MGA HARI ASSOCIATION
INC., with Office Address at Lot 6203 Kadiwa Burol 1 DBB..-B, Dasmarias City Of Cavite,
conducted a special meeting for the re-election of the new Members of the Board of Trustees
(Directors) and Officers, in accordance with the Article of Incorporation and By-Laws for the
purpose of settling and uniting for negotiating with the NHA for the acquisition on the mode of
disposition of NHA Property, particularly Commercial Lot 6203 in favor of the said Hari ng mga
Hari HOA member-beneficiaries. Herein attached is the General Information Sheet (GIS)
regarding the appointment of new set of officers.

That Hari ng mga Hari Association, Inc., has occupied Lot 6203 with an area of 6202
sqm., covered by TCT No. 057-2015034774 located at Burol 1, Dasmarias City.

That we as members and officers are actual occupants of the said lot from 1985 to
present.

That we are humbly requesting to your good office for the award the said lot to Hari ng
mga Hari Association Inc., to its members to be beneficiaries of the said lot and be disposed on
an as-is where-is basis and be categorized as residential and commercial.

That we are willing to comply for the terms and conditions of the National Housing
Authority of the said lot for it be awarded to its members as beneficiaries.

That we believe that you will grant and consider our request.
