The following figure shows a 9 m x 9 m square slab with a 3 m x 3 m square hole. The slab has
a fixed support along the outside edges as shown. The slab is isotropically reinforced with a
positive moment capacity of 8kNm/m. The negative moment capacity at the fixed supports is
1.33 times the positive moment capacity. The slab is subjected to a uniformly distributed load of
q kN/m2. Using Yield Line analysis, calculate the maximum value of the uniformly distributed
