APPOINTMENT LETTER
Dear Sir,
This is with reference to your application and your subsequent interview on June 08, 2016 in
National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (the Company) for appointment on
contract basis as Administrative Officer. You have represented to the Company that you have
adequate experience, expertise and skill with regard to the contractual nature of services required
by the Company.
Relying on the representation made by you, the Company hereby offers you employment on
contract basis for the post of Administrative Officer Grade-8(a) in its Coordination Division.
1. Your employment with the Company is a contract employment and is for a period of one
year which may be extended for further period/s at the discretion of the company subject to
job requirement. The said employment shall commence on the date you report for duty and
end on completion of the tenure of one year.
2. Your appointment is subject to verification of your academic certificates from the concerned
University / Board. In case your degree / certificates or any other document including
experience certificate provided by you are not found correct your services will be terminated
forthwith.
3. You will perform such tasks and undertake such responsibilities as may be assigned to you
by the Company from time to time.

for duty within fifteen days of issuance of this letter to:
