    Online Furniture Purchase Trend:

    In 2014 the furniture sector only attributed 2.6% of total sales to online, globally
    Online furniture order about $114 drove online retail sales from $264.2 billion in 2013 to $304.9
    billion in 2014
    Over two thirds (69 percent) of US online adults shop online at least once in a month
    E-commerce is now approaching $200 billion in revenue in the United States alone and accounts
    for 9% of total retail sales, rose up by 5%in five years

    Delivery System:

    47% of all online orders include free shipping


    Shoppers spend 30% more per day when free shipping is included
    Delivery time Varies from 2-5 days depending on the location and also varies from brand to
    brand
    Special care of the ordered furniture is demanded while delivering the product at the doorstep of
    the customer
    Free assembly service can be provided for any order over certain amount of price range

    Warehouse facility:

    It is recommended to go on a partnership with a company which provides both warehouse facility


    and have an experienced delivery system, especially in the target region
    Refund and Exchange Policy:

    In case of damaged furniture immediate refund or exchange is demanded by the customer


    Customer also have the right to claim refund or exchange for not meeting the required
    performance of the furniture
    The refund and exchange policy varies from brand to brand
    There is a transaction complication in case of refunding for the damaged furniture

    Visual Display:

    It is anticipated that, if the customer can see the product form every side with exact measurement
    they will not feel the necessity to visit physical store or seeing the product physically
    Currently, no brand is providing such facility
