    OPERATIONAL DATA FACT SHEET

    COUNTRY: PANAMA
    A. AGENCY

    Immigration Agency - DGM

    B. SCOPE
    International commercial air transport carriers operating out of Panama airport must send
    Operational Data as follows:

    LDM, BSM, and MVT data - During Arrival and Departure flights.

    ARINC is the chosen Operational Data messaging service provider for Panama Airports.
    Please contact ARINC for all technical consultations.

    C. DESTINATION ADDRESS

    Production IATA address (ARINC): PTYTBXH

    D. TRANSMISSION MODE

    Airlines must send Operational data in Type B format. ARINC will convert these
    messages to the required message format specified by Panama Immigration.

    E. TRANSMISSION SPECIFICATIONS

    Inbound flights: All air transport carriers must send the operational data to the
    destination IATA address immediately upon departure from the Airport/Port of origin
    (Port of Embarkation).

    Outbound flights: All air transport carriers must send the operational data to the
    destination IATA address immediately upon departure from a Panama airport.
