    Patient : morning sir

    Nurse : Well, my name is risky... you may called its

    Patient : Allright sir

    Nurse : Your blood pressure is 110 over seventy

    Patient : Its Normal sir?

    Nurse : Oh, it seem normal

    Nurse : next we will see your Temperature

    Take the themometer from your armpit

    Well, your temperature is thirty six point four degree celcius

    Patient : thats temperature is good sir?

    Nurse : Yes, it is..


    Nurse : Now, i am going to come your pulse

    Nurse : Your right hand please

    Patient : Ok please sir.

    Nurse : Your pulse is seventy time over minutes

    Your respiration 20 time over minutes

    Patient : yes, sir

    Nurse : Please lie down on the bed

    Nurse : I finished checking your vital sign

    Nurse : Thank you for your cooperation

    Patient : Your welcome

    Nurse : Get well soon sir tata..
