    Section A
    1. Find the additive inverse of -11/5.
    2. Find the cube of -15
    3. Is 2602 a perfect square or not?Give reason.
    4. Write 5% in decimal form.
    5. Find the amount after 2 years when a sum of
    100 Rs is compounded yearly at rate of 10% per
    annum.
    6. Find the sum of all interior angles of a polygon
    of 6 sides.
    7. Find the value of X if 2X-18=0
    8. Which number have highest frequency in
    following data

    10. Verify x+y=y+x by taking values of x=2/4 and

    factorisation.
    13. Find the cube root of 1728 by prime
    factorisation.

    years.

    26. Construct a quadrilateral. ABCD with
    AB=6cm,BC=4cm, angle A=60 degree,angle B=105
    degree , and angle D=90 degree.Also write steps of
    construction.
    27. Verify x+(y+z)=(x+y)+z by taking the values of
    x=1/4, y=1/5, z=1/6.

    29. At what time a sum of Rs 2000 will become Rs


    2420, if the interest rate is 10%,compounded
    annually.
    30. Find the smallest number that must be added
    to 207600 to make it a perfect square. Find the
    square root of the perfect square.
    31.The sum of digits of a two digit number is 9. If
    the digits are reversed , the new number will be 9
    more than the original number. Find the original
    number.
    Or
    The denominator of a fraction is 3 times the
    numerator. If 2 is deducted from the numerator
    and 6 is added to the denominator, then the
    denominator becomes 6 times of the numerator.
    Find the original fraction.
    32. Solve for x :
    a. 5x-3=15-x
    b. 2-3x= (x/2)-4
    C. (x/4)-(x/2)=5
    Or
    Anil had invited 10 friends in his birthday
    party.Accordingly he has purchased 40 chocolates
    for distribution, so that each one gets 4 chocolate.
    But 10 more guest came suddenly, what will be the
    share of each person now.
