    Once upon a time, in the gigantic world of molecules.

    Propene thought that she had been living a stable


    life. She was contented, all that she needed is herself and only herself, with her three carbons, hydrogens
    and a double bond. But she was still living alone, just existing with minimal interactions with other
    molecules. She was fine, until, one night, one fateful night, with the eye-locking moment, she found the
    Jack of life.

    It all started though when that afternoon, when she was wondering around the world, that gas of bubbles
    flash into their town organizing the party of the year. And she was attracted to it, her double bond made
    sparkling butterflies on her stomach. And she decided, she will go there and will make an entrance to that
    party.

    Sa gabing iyon ay nakilala niya HF, at HI. Sa kanilang dalawa ay nakaramdan niya sa kilig, o excitement na
    hindi niya naramdaman kahit kalian pa man. Ngunit, hindi ito tumagal, dahil nakita niya ang true one,
    nakita niya si HBr. Hindi niya napigilan ang kanyang sarili dahil sa lakas ang attraction niya HBr (gwapo
    talaga siya, sobra shet). Pero bago pa man ang lahat ay tinanong niya kung bakit ganito ang kanyang
    nararamdaman.

    Propene: Why do I feel like this?

    HBr: It is because, from HF and HI, I am the most reactive and I predominate them.

    At simula noon, naging isa na si Propene and HBr. With the power of reaction, two molecules became
    one, Propene broke her double, her carbons connecting with Br and H, and they become 2-
    Bromopropane. Where they felt the most complete and stable.
