    Pursuant. t.o t.he provisions of Sect.ion IV.PE


    Evaluat.ion of Cont.ract.ors Performance of t.he
    Implement.ing Rules and Regulat.ions of PD 1594 as
    ammended, July 12, 1995, the Bureau of Const.ruct.ion
    (BOC) is hereby designated as t.he CPES Implement.ing Unit
    of DPWH in evaluating cont.ract.ors' performance in
    project.s undert.aken in the depart.ment..

    All t.he Regional/Dist.rict./lmplement.ing Offices and


    t.he Bureau of Research and Standards (BRS) are
    direct.ed to assign representatives of the Project.
    Evaluat.ion Team (PET) who shall undertake t.he
    assessment. of contract.ors' performance in all project.s
    regardless of cont.ract amount and funding sources.
    Designated representatives shall be advised to
    coordinat.e wit.h the BOC in t.his regard.
