COMPANY PROFILE
SICC trademark represents italian tradition in the field of sanitary thermo-
technical equipment and in the field of oil & gas treatment for industry
applications.
SICC Spa, established on 1973, is located in the industrial area of Rovigo, this
means close to the main italian thoroughfares allowing easy trasports to the
national merchant ports.
The factory covers an area of over 50.000 sqm, of which more than a half are
covered and contain the production plant.
PLANT AND EQUIPMENT

The Company, thanks to the innovation trend expressed during the thirty years
activity, can design, develop and manufacture functional equipment for
petrochemical field and for the treatment installation.
In these years of activity, the Company has always paid particular attention to
strategic choices about the technical innovation. For these reason, SICC has
been able to provide itself of productive automatic and semi-automatic
equipment that are always in the lead and give excellent results of precision
and reliability in mechanical workings.
The current package of plant (in continuos updating) essentially concerns
workings of sheet cutting (plasma plant), roller levelling, automatic and
robotized welding, and pressing of end plates.
This equipment allows a production of items, with thickness until 70 mm and
diameters of 6 m, manufacturing a range of primary importance. Also the
plant of products haldling and finishing are in the lead. Annual productions
capacity is almost of 50.000 items.
FINISHING
SICC is able to execute also, confiding in the valid collaboration and
assistance of qualified suppliers, following surface treatment and finishing:
Sand-Blasting, Hot Dip Galvanizing, Epoxidation, Enamel, Painting (acc. to
customer specification).
TRADE ORGANIZATION
The firm holds a leader role in the national market for Air and Water Division,
in the fact its presence is widespread in all Italian regions, thanks to a good
organization of agents and suppliers.
In Europe can be found with success in traditional markets of:
Germany, Austria, Spain (with a branch), Greece, Belgium, France.
SICC, with a detailed plan of trade penetration, is consolidating even in the
east European market, States of North Africa, of South America and in Asia.

DESIGN
The Company can plan the products to manufacture as it has efficient
technical structure giving the necessary technical support for the developing
of a project according to our Customer’s specific needs.
The Technical Department uses first level information system giving
immediate and precise answers.
INNOVATION AND KNOW-HOW

SICC, according to a plan of investments concerning the technological
innovation and products, is going to introduce new systems for the
anticorrosive treatment of high content and, in addition, the introduction in the
market of products and patented system that are able to offer to the customers
very good technical solutions.
QUALITY
SICC operates according to the Quality System ISO 9001 certified on 1997
and products comply with the main international homologations as:
- ASME “U” Stamp
(The American Society of Mechanical Engineers - Code sect. VIII div. 1)
- QUALITY SYSTEM ACC. TO PED 97/23/EC ANNEX III MODULE D
- MANUFACTURE LICENSE OF SPECIAL EQUIPMENT PEOPLE’S
REPUBLIC OF CHINA LEVEL D1-D2
- STANDARD PRODUCTS GOST R CERTIFICATION
ENVIRONMENT
On 2006 SICC reached another milestone with UNI EN ISO 14001
Certification of its Environmental system, reflecting its commitment to and
focus on environment-friendliness.
LOGISTICS
SICC S.p.A. i slocated in the industrial area of Rovigo, this means close to the
main Italian throughfares allowing easy transports to the national merchant
ports like VENICE and RAVENNA.
The area covered by factory and the great number of available means of
transport make easier handling and loading goods giving the best solutions to
every day.

COMPRESSED GAS
SICC offers a complete range of pressure vessels and tanks for containing air
and compressed gas for low, medium and high pressure.
Sicc has the most important software for mechanical calculations according to
ASME VIII div. 1, AD-Merkblatter, EN-13445, BS5500, VSR, CODAP,
GOST.
With experience, capability and constant tecnological updating, SICC

guarantees to its Clients reliable and certified equipment, with high
performance and in compliance with the international safety and
environmental criteria.

SICC designs, fabricates and tests a diversified range of pressure vessels,
columns and reactors, taking care of the engineering, the fabrication and the
inspection of the equipment in compliance with international regulations and
standards.
The safety and reliability of SICC products are assured by skilled personnel
who work according to standards, throghout direct monitoring of each
fabrication phase, including after welding heat release and surface treatments.
PRODUCT RANGE
Product range cover boiler work with thick usually up to 70 mm, 6000 mm
diameter and 80 tons weight. In particular:

QUALITY CONTROL
The office works with the main national and international omologation
bodies, such as ISPESL, BUREAU VERITAS, TUV SUED, LLOYD’S
Register.
Several NDT are performed as:
- Radiographic examination with developing room
- Liquid penetrant examination
- Magnetic particle examination
- Ultrasonic examination
The Tests are performed by second level inspector as for EN 473 and ASNT-
TC-1A
