INTRODUCTION
Decision determines destiny. You don't decide your destiny: you decide your
actions and your actions decide your destiny. The road you are determines where
you will end.
2018 has been declared by our father in the Lord as the year of our Extraordinary
Turnaround; this calls for action because we cannot watch prophesies get fulfilled in
our lives but we war prophesies to fulfilment as can be seen in 1 Timothy 1:18: This
charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went
before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare;
As you participate in this fruit fasting and pray the prayers, you will experience
dramatic Extraordinary Turnaround in 2018.

 FRUIT FASTING
What is a fast?

F asting is abstaining from something like food, drink or denying yourself comfort for a
period of time to create some type of benefit in body, mind or spirit.

Fasting is a natural discipline that can bring supernatural result, it is also a spiritual discipline
that requires denying your physical and mental self, as your stomach and brain will most likely
work over time to remind you when and what they want to eat (please deny the flesh). Moses,
Elijah, Esther, Ezra, Job, David, Daniel, Peter, Paul, and our Lord Jesus fasted.
There are many variations of fasting. And several spiritual benefits, when we are able to devote
the time spent eating to focus on God through prayer and studying the word of God.
According to Daniel 1 : 12 - which states, ''Please test your servants for ten days, and let
them give us vegetable (Pulse) to eat and water to drink. Pulses actually mean range of
fruits.
Also, Daniel 10: 2-3,7a which says, 2In those days, I Daniel was mourning three full
weeks. 3I ate no pleasant food, no meat or wine came into my mouth, nor did I anoint
myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled. 7And I Daniel alone saw the
vision:

“Is this not the fast that I have chosen:
To loose the bonds of wickedness,
To undo the heavy burdens,
To let the oppressed go free,
And that you break every yoke?

Your healing shall spring forth speedily,
And your righteousness shall go before you;
The glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.

CAUTION:
Drink enough water when you break your fast because:
* The body is made up of approximately 60 – 70% water and the body needs water to
make new cells of all types, including blood cells, bone cells and skin cells.
* Additionally, every organ and bodily system requires water to function
correctly and healthily. Water also keeps your joints lubricated, delivers nutrients to
your nervous system, helps the blood transport oxygen and other essentials
nutrients to your cells, and even makes your heart not to work so hard pumping
blood through your body.
* Water regulates your metabolism, aids in digestion and body temperature
control. An added bonus is that adequate water intake hydrates your skin cells and
plumps them up. The brain, which is around 75% water must be kept hydrated.

GUIDE
Spend quiet time with God each day,
· Begin with praise, worship and singing of hymn to the Almighty God. (at
least 10mins) - Pick a hymn for you to use each day.
· Study and meditate on the Scripture for the day.
- Memorize the memory verse for the day from the scripture you read. You
will be richly blessed!
- Ask for forgiveness of your sins and your ancestors sins
· Ask for multitude of mercy as you sing some warfare songs
· Declare the Confessions
- Pray the prayer points in the morning and night before you go to bed
- Continue with your personal prayer points
- Claim the Prophetic Word
- Keep a diary or jotter to record new insights, revelations, instructions and
progress you gain daily
- Also keep a record of all answered prayers and be thankful to God.
