The following text is for questions 21 to 23
Fast food nowadays is considered a normal eating venture. People are not just eating out on special
occasions or weekends anymore. It means that all the time they mostly eat fast foods. However is fast food
good for health?
Fast food has its popularity in the 1940’s. Within a few years, fast-food operations popped up everywhere.
With the compelling rise in fast-food restaurants since the 1940’s, oddly it started the rise in obesity and cancer
during that same time period.
Fast food is highly processed with a wide array of additives. To ensure fast food’s low cost, the fast food
products are made with highly-processed ingredients to give it shelf-life, to hold consistency, and to enhance
flavor. Fast food is altered from its original healthy form.
It is not the calories in fast food which damage health and waistline. It is the chemical additives such as
aspartame and MSG (monosodium glutamate). Studies show that the chemical additives lead to weight and
disease issues.
So, there is absolutely nothing nutritional about fast food. Fast food simply feeds hunger and craving.

First of all, prepare a cloth, a dish towel, a spatula, vinegar and water. Then, empty the
refrigerator. Place the items on the table or in empty baskets. Throw out aged or inedible
food. Toss items you don’t use regularly.
After that, defrost the refrigerator. Use a spatula to gently remove the ice built-up on the
shelves and dispose of it.
Next, wipe your refrigerator inside and outside using a cloth, vinegar and water. Rinse well
with the cloth and clean water. Do not neglect cleaning the door.
Finally, use the dish towel to dry the refrigerator. Allow it to dry thoroughly before you

one shelf, meat on the bottom shelf to avoid meat juices dripping onto the shelf below and
vegetables in the crisper.

The sugar glider is a marsupial, just like the other Australia animals – the Kangaroo, the
koala and the wombat for instant. The sugar glider is a possum – very similar to the tupai in
Indonesia. It basically lives in trees. It eats leaves and fruit. However, the Australia sugar
glider has a very special skill. It can jump from tree to tree like a tupai but it can also ‘sort of
fly’ as well. In fact, it glides or terbang laying in Bahasa Indonesia. When it jumps from one
tree to another it spreads its four legs out wide; and its extra skin also spreads out and
function like a parachute.
