RECITALS:
1. The parties intend to marry each other on ___________ in _____________ City, Philippines.
2. The parties desire to enter into a marriage settlement agreement setting forth their property
relations during their marriage.
IT IS AGREED:
1. The regime of “partial separation of property” shall govern the parties’ property relations
during their marriage.
2. The following properties of each party shall be considered as forming part of each party’s
separate estate:
3. To each party shall belong all fruits, natural, industrial, or civil, due or received during the
marriage from his or her separate property.
4. Sale or exchange of any of the separate properties shall continue to form part of each parties
separate property.
5. During the marriage, each party shall own, dispose of, possess, administer, and enjoy his or
her own separate estate without the need of the consent of the other.
6. All other existing properties not listed in each parties separate property and properties
acquired after marriage shall form part of the couples conjugal properties, and shall be
governed under the property regime of Absolute Community of Property, unless property is
received by gratuitous title.
7. All earnings from his or her profession, business, or industry shall be jointly owned by the
parties and form their conjugal property. All losses incurred from the parties' joint endeavors
shall likewise be borne out of their conjugal property.
8. All properties acquired by both parties for valuable consideration, or given or granted to the
parties by gratuitous title, shall be considered jointly owned by the parties, except when there
is designation of determinate shares, in which case the determinate share shall be the
exclusive property of the party concerned.
