Common Rail Injector DIPACO now has available the stator, part number RTF25199, for the
Dodge 5.9L and GM Duramax LB7 Common Rail CRIN1 injector
Stator For CRIN1 applications.
Applications
The stator insulation, coil resistance and sintered metal core surface
degrade overtime leading to decreased injector performance and
ultimately inoperability. Engine performance is affected with misfires,
loss of power, shutdown of complete banks of injectors and the resulting
diagnostic trouble codes (DTC). Installing a new stator when reparing or
rebuilding a Common Rail CRIN1 injector is one step in making sure the
product achieves acceptable service life.
