Executive Summary
We call our company, Haring Kanin because our main product is rice, specifically
fried rice combined with other dishes such as fried chicken, lumpia, fried siomai, and
etc.
Our product is fried rice. Fried rice is a dish of cooked rice that has been stir-fried
in a wok or a frying pan and is usually mixed with other ingredients such as eggs,
vegetables, seafood, or meat. Our fried rice is called, Haring Sarap, to emphasize that
our fried rice is delicious and could be considered as number 1.
Haring Kanin is a food business creating budget meals for the students and the
Filipino workers. Their main product is Spicy Fried Rice with their own special recipe.
They offer unlimited rice with a very affordable price.
We will offer a satisfying unlimited fried rice at your best. It will be the best fried
rice one will ever taste because of its quality ingredients and seasonings. There are also
different dishes that you can choose from that will best suit to our unlimited fried rice.
Our products are more focused on making our food more delicious that will exceed the
expectations of the picky taste buds of our customers. The Haring Kanin assures you
that you will leave your table and chair with a feeling of contentment and satisfaction.
Haring Kanin’s logo is very simple. It shows, a plate, a spoon and a fork,
which are mainly used for eating. The logo just means that Haring Kanin is the best
choice to eat happily.

V. Product Marketplace
Haring Kanin’s physical store will be found at Verdant in Pamplona Tres, Las Pinas City.
We chose this place for the area is close to different schools such as-- STI College, Las
Pinas East National High School, ABE College, University of Perpetual Help, and Divine
Light Academy. Luckily, this place also caters different business areas which will be
helpful to gather more customers. The area is also where students usually hang out and
gather to practice or work on their group activities..
As we would like to accommodate each and every one of you, we will offer affordable
meals for the students that includes unlimited rice with the choice of different dishes that
you would love. Since scarcity in allowance is a major factor why some people do not
use their time to eat, we will sell our goods in a way that they would not need to destroy
their pockets just to make themselves feel satiated and hunger-free. We would love to
serve each and every one of you to the fullest!
PACKAGING
PRICE
The Haring Kanin will be using the price penetration strategy for we will start at a very
low price. Many possible target market can afford our products that can be a reason for
them to engage with and get there loyalty. With the use of this pricing strategy, we will
be able to attract more customers from different age group.
PLACE:
Brgy. Pamplona Tres, Las Pinas City has a population of 35,512 residents. Our target
market’s ages are from 5 years old to 70 years old, regardless of their gender.
Our warehouse is just behind our store so that it would be easy for us to transfer the
inventories.
PROMOTION:
We will promote our product through Food Tasting a week before the launch of
the business in order to gain the attention of our target market and for them to have an
idea of what we are selling.
Upon launching, we will use the social media, such as Facebook, Youtube, and
Twitter, in order for our company to be known by many. Social Media will be a big help
to reach a large number of people. We will make our own Facebook page so that our
customers or potential customers will be able to approach us for their feedbacks,
inquires, and concerns. We will also post our new product offers on our official
Facebook page. We will also make our own Youtube account for a cheaper way of
advertisement. We will make advertising videos portraying the reactions and responses
of our beloved customers in order to persuade more people to try our food. We will also
hold events such as contests such as a free meal in exchange of shares and likes.
