Notes:
Must remove the L1/L2/L3 connectors to check the insulation resistance of terminal.
Manually reset by removing terminal L/N over 10 sec.
The Fusheng INT69FSY Diagnose automatically saves operational and error data in
a non-volatile memory. This data can be retrieved on PC and analyzed for diagnosis.
Each module is pre-wired inside the terminal box. The module monitors discharge
gas/oil temperature by a PTC sensor. The module also monitors motor winding
temperature by the motor sensors embedded into the motor windings which are wired
in series and connected to the module. Phase sequence control for direction of
rotation is also monitored.
The following connections should be checked for tightness.
Voltage / Phase Connections:
• L1 Connected to connection on terminal plate 1
• L2 Connected to connection on terminal plate 2
• L3 Connected to connection on terminal plate 3
Motor Winding (R1)/Discharge Gas (R2) Temperature Connections:
Module number 1 connected to R1 (Motor Winding thermistor)/R2 (Discharge Gas
thermistor) to number 2 on module.
Compressor Control Circuit is wired through terminal 11 and 14.
