Special notes
1. Firstly please check and confirm the equipment type, extra function and mating parts;
2. Make sure the connection of the cooling water, 45℃ max.,or may possibly cause the failure of the
equipment;
3. Make sure the design of the induction coils is suitable. We suggest use the induction coils produced by our
company. If the induction coils are supplied by the user, please consult our company to avoid any mistake
on the data design, that would affect the heating efficiency, or cause the failure of the equipment.
4. The product belongs to the intellectual property of our company, under legal protection of this country; The
company shall be free of responsibility for the fault caused by copy, disassemble, unless authorized by our
company.
Safety notes
1. The output voltage of the Induction Power Source is 70~550V, so the outlet terminal and capacity connector
are with risk of high voltage, should not be bare, to prevent the electric shock dangerous to the operators.
2. Any breakage of the induction coils should be insulation processed or replaced, to prevent the water
leakage;
3. Any installation and connection should be operated after ensuring the power supply is off,to prevent the
electric shock dangerous.
4. The maintenance of the equipment should be provided by the specialist;
5. For operation safety, the operators should wear insulating gloves, shoes and coat ,etc. ;6.For operation
safety, the equipment should be placed on the insulating board or floor.

Panel function
SUPERSONIC FREQUENCY
INDUCTION HEATING EQUIPMENT
PHASE LOSS WATER TEMPERATURE WATER PRESSURE OVER CURRENT OVER VOLTAGE WORKING POWER
Indicators:
A. Phase loss indicator: The input voltage of the equipment is of 3 phase 380V AC, 2 of which are to control
the power source, see the schematic diagram. The default phase happens in 2 cases: ( a). the default phase is
1 of the 2 that connected with the power source, then the equipment is lack of power supply, the power
indicator will be off, and the equipment does not work; (b). The default phase is not any of the 2 phases
connected with the power source, then the power indicator will keep lighting on, but the equipment will not
work with fault alarming;
B. Water temperature indicator: the radiator of the internal components, inductance and the capacitor box have
been fitted with temperature switch of 55℃.When the temp. on these position get to higher than 55℃,
the equipment will stop working autoly, and the over temp. indicator will turn on with buzzer alarming.
After reducing the temp. by increasing the water and with cooler water, the alarm will be canceled, and the
over temp. indicator will turn off.

C. Water pressure indicator: An hydraulic switch is setted inside the equipment, when the water pressure is
lower than 0.2 Mpa, the equipment will stop working autoly, and the indicator will keep flashing with the
buzzer noising. To increase the water pressure can cancel the alarming. A temporary solution is to stop the
outlet of the water for a while, and open the outlet when the alarm is resolved. But if the water pressure is
too low, this method will not work, then must improve the cooling water system.
D. Over current indicator: this indicator lights on indicates the circuit of the wattage adjusting or frequency
adjusting is over current, the equipment will stop working autoly, and keep alarming. Restart the equipment
can cancel the alarming, but if it alarms again, this indicates equipment fault, and please refer to the
instructions to resolve the fault.
E. Over voltage indicator: This lamp gets on indicates the output voltage is overloading, the equipment will
stop working autoly, and keep alarming. Restart the equipment can cancel the alarming, but if it alarms again,
this indicates equipment fault, and please refer to the instructions to resolve the fault.
F. Working indicator: When under normal working condition, this indicator will keep flashing ; When fault
caused to the equipment, the indicator will be off, and this is a signal of equipment fault.
G. Power indicator:Turn on the power switch, the lamp indicates power on.

1. The output voltage of power source/ heater is 70-550V; so the output end of power source/ heater, the
connecting end of compensation capacitor, all are of high voltage and cannot be exposed outside, in case
the operator gets the electric shock.
2. The power source/ heater, compensation capacitance box, induction coil and transformer should be suitably
matched with each other to fulfill good heating performance. When the user match by himself or make the
inductor, he should consult our technicians.
3. The power source/ heater and compensation capacitance box is connected by coaxial cable; the
compensation capacitance box and inductor is connected by water-cooling coaxial cable. All the connectors
are rapid plugs. When install the cable rapid connector, rotate and clamp it tightly to ensure reliable
connection. The cable swings all the time during usage, making the rapid connector easy to loosen and
causing malfunction, the suggestions are: (1). rotate cable to the opposite direction, insert rapid connector
tightly; (2). regularly check whether the cable is tightly locked; (3). fix the cable in the position of rapid
connector, making the cable unable to swing.
4. When install electric equipment, please note: the equipment belongs to power device, when wiring, it
should be connected tightly and reduce resistance contact as minimal as possible. It is forbidden to hang
power wire on the electric net.
5. Earthing wire: earth the enclosure with 6mm2 annealed copper wires in case electric shock.
6. Cooling water: the key to ensure the equipment normally working and long service life. Please read it
carefully before installation: appendix — installation and maintenance instruction of induction heating
equipment; and install waterway according to requirements.

7. When the equipment finishes working, it should input cooling water for at least half an hour. Since it is
such a long heating time, the temperature inside the hearth is very high; if it stops water input at once, it
will burn out the inductor, water pipe and even the equipment.
8. This instruction is only for the installation of power source/ heater, for the whole installation, please refer
to the installation drawings of the whole equipment.
