    This film tells the story of Emily Jenkins, she is a social worker handling the
    case of No.39 is a girl named Lillith Sullivan who always fell asleep during the
    lessons at school. She then took the initiative to meet with the families
    Sullivan. Parents Lillith greet her with a hostile attitude. She also met Lillith in
    school. From the little girl Emily tried to pry information about what
    happened. Lillith confessed to her that her parents hated and even intended to send
    him to hell. Although there were no signs of physical abuse Lillith, Emily force
    his boss, Wayne to develop the investigation and did not hurry to close the case.
    When Lillith called Emily, Emily Sullivan was rushing residence and called
    Detective Mike Barron. They arrived in time for the middle Lillith's parents put it
    in the oven and burn. Both parents Lillith then put into the hospital. Lillith
    temporarily admitted to the country, even though he begged to be allowed to stay
    with her. Although it used to feel reluctant, she was touched by the suffering of
    Lillith and administer licenses to adopt Lillith until he gets a new family.
    Lillith then got post-traumatic care and handled by Douglas J. Ames. Diego
    Ramirez,one of the children who are in the same group as Lillith suddenly brutally
    murdered his parents. Mike was surprised because they will murder occurred after
    Diego received a call that came from Emily's house. Lillith denied having called
    Diego, but after Emily had the opportunity to meet Diego, did in fact call her
    Lillith. Emily has not finished asking when Diego suddenly had an attack and
    died.
    Sensing the awkwardness inside Lillith, Douglas then asked Lillith. In a
    question and answer session was Douglas sensed the threat and terror sown
    Lillith. He then tells it to Emily. Shortly after that, Douglas was killed in his
    apartment. Emily began to suspect Lillith Lillith and meet with parents in the
    hospital. Margaret, Lillith continue delusional mother burned so can not talk
    to. Emily managed to speak with Edward (Cllum Keith Rennie) who tells her that
    since Lillith was born, the people around them begin to die unnaturally.
    She then tells Mike. They agreed to kill Emily. Unfortunately Lillith first
    kill Mike in the parking lot and make it look as though Mike suicide. Lillith
    intensified. Although Emily lock themselves in the room, but Lillith managed to
    break in. She then gave sleeping pills Lillith and burning houses. But Lillith was
    not sleeping and managed to get out of the house. Emily stuck together Lillith. At
    the end of the movie, she drove the car as fast as possible to fall into the sea. He
    then buried Lillith to death. She also managed to rise to the surface.
