    This is with reference to my captioned HomeSaver Account with your bank. I request
    you to kindly Debit my Loan Pre-EMI (during the construction period) and the regular
    equated Monthly Installment [EMI] (after final disbursal) from my HomeSaver Account on
    the due date as applicable.

    For this purpose ‘EMI’ means and construed as the amount informed to me by the bank
    as due and payable to the bank from time to time.
