Driven Oil Pump
Connecting Rods
All connecting rods are cleaned and inspected for defects prior to remanufacturing. Rods are then shot-peened for stress relief and the
size is checked against OEM specifications. New piston pin bushings are installed in each rod and bored to the correct center-to-center
dimensions. The center-to-center dimension greatly affects the performance of your engine and is a step that many remanufacturers
ignore. Final assembly of our connecting rods include installation of new rod bolts and verifying product dimensions, including bend and
twist, one final time.

Oil Pumps, Engine

All of our remanufactured engine oil pumps are disassembled, thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All worn parts are replaced and
tolerances are checked to guarantee our oil pumps will perform to OEM specifications. The pump is reassembled and - as a safety
measure - each pump is lubricated with Clevite Bearing Guard to ensure there is no damage during initial start up. Replacing the
engine oil pump during an overhaul is a step many people overlook.

Injection Pumps
All of our injection pumps are disassembled, thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All worn out parts are replaced and the pumps are
reassembled with new gaskets. Pumps are tested for leaks and fuel delivery at low idle, high idle, full load, part load and at start
up. Any pumps with an automatic advance system has the advance set. As an additional quality check, all pumps are tested with a
special oil that will not varnish inside the pump.

Our mufflers are manufactured by experienced craftsmen here in the United States. All mufflers have welded seams. Aluminized
steel is used for critical components. These features ensure that our products resist the corrosive effects of air, heat and the by-
products of combustion that work to shorten muffler life. Additionally, they are painted either silver or black to cosmetically match its
OEM counterpart, as well as provide further protection from the elements.

Starters
All of our remanufactured starters are disassembled, cleaned and inspected. Almost all units receive new field coils. If it meets
OEM specifications the armature is test turned and under cut, otherwise it is replaced with a quality factory remanufactured or new
part. Starters with factory solenoids have the solenoids replaced with new parts. The drive is carefully inspected and if it does not
meet specifications it is replaced with new or quality factory remanufactured drives.
