Screed covered installation System
The main feature of this system is an underfloor box manufactured from sheet steel and a PVC
sheet protection cover of red polyurethane. The screed protection cover supplied with the
floor box maintains an installation opening for service units during screed work. Underfloor
The Power Box is height adjustable for a screed height of 70mm to 90mm Ducting
The screed layer works quicker without having to smooth the screed edges around the

The Power Box caters for main and secondary power. Secondary power by means of
20mm or 25mm standard conduit and main power by means of trapezoidal PVC duct

The openings for the ducts and conduit are pre punched. To remove the knock-out for
20mm conduit simply insert a standard screwdriver into the slot and move it up and down.

Gridspan® Wire Mesh
Cable Trays GRIDSPAN comprises two ranges of wire mesh type, medium and heav y duty cable trays.
GRIDSPAN provides ma ximum cable ventilation, limits dust build-up and is easily cut to size on
site for non-standard shapes, increasing the product's versatility and usefulness.
GRIDSPAN is used in horizontally or edge mounted applications over spans of between 1,8m
for GS50 and 2,5m for GS75 at design working load.
GRIDSPAN is manufactured using a resistance but t welding and press braking technique in
3,0m lengths using 4,0mm and 5,0mm diameter wires for GS50 and GS75 respectively.
GRIDSPAN has 50mm x 50mm and 50mm x 25mm wire spacings in the base and flange of the
trays respectively, promoting comprehensive cable tying methods and allowing simple cable
take of fs through the flanges or base of the product with the minimum of site alterations.
GRIDSPAN splice sets comprise 3, 4 or 5 splice clamp sets for tray widths 100-200mm, 300-
500mm or 600 -1000mm respectively (spaced to suit the tray width), bolted singularly using one
M6 bolt, hex nut and flat washer per splice clamp set.
GRIDSPAN fixes to the cable tray support by means of a hold down bracket, Hex Set screw and
Spring Nut.
GRIDSPAN has a comprehensive range of accessories manufactured in 450mm internal radius.

Duraspan®
DURASPAN is a range of sturdy lightweight, single sided,

high strength, corrosion resistant, nonconductive, maintenance free,
all glass reinforced polyester (GRP) cable ladders. Cable Ladders
DURASPAN is designed to carry cables over spans of 2.0m in a horizontally
mounted application at design working load.
DURASPAN is manufactured in 3.0m lengths using "S" shaped side rails with a
choice of unslot ted tubular cross rungs at 300mm centres.
DURASPAN splice sets comprise two "S" shaped side rail splices designed
specifically to fit snugly into the side rail shape. The splices are glued, and then
dowelled in the vertical plane using 6 x 8mm diameter GRP dowels per splice.
Curing time for the two pack epoxy adhesive at 25°C with normal handling is 24
hours. For full strength adhesive cure, the ladder must remain unloaded for 7
days.
DURASPAN has a range of accessories manufactured in 450mm internal radius
assembled by means of dough moulded compound (DMC) angle and rung
joiners. GRP covers are available.

GRIDSPAN is manufactured using a resistance but t welding and press braking technique in
3,0m lengths using 4,0mm and 5,0mm diameter wires for GS50 and GS75 respectively.
GRIDSPAN has 50mm x 50mm and 50mm x 25mm wire spacings in the base and flange of the
trays respectively, promoting comprehensive cable tying methods and allowing simple cable
take of fs through the flanges or base of the product with the minimum of site alterations.
GRIDSPAN splice sets comprise 3, 4 or 5 splice clamp sets for tray widths 100-200mm, 300-
500mm or 600 -1000mm respectively (spaced to suit the tray width), bolted singularly using one
M6 bolt, hex nut and flat washer per splice clamp set.
GRIDSPAN fixes to the cable tray support by means of a hold down bracket, Hex Set screw and
Spring Nut.
GRIDSPAN has a comprehensive range of accessories manufactured in 450mm internal radius.

Duraspan®
DURASPAN is a range of sturdy lightweight, single sided,

high strength, corrosion resistant, nonconductive, maintenance free,
all glass reinforced polyester (GRP) cable ladders. Cable Ladders
DURASPAN is designed to carry cables over spans of 2.0m in a horizontally
mounted application at design working load.
DURASPAN is manufactured in 3.0m lengths using "S" shaped side rails with a
choice of unslot ted tubular cross rungs at 300mm centres.
DURASPAN splice sets comprise two "S" shaped side rail splices designed
specifically to fit snugly into the side rail shape. The splices are glued, and then
dowelled in the vertical plane using 6 x 8mm diameter GRP dowels per splice.
Curing time for the two pack epoxy adhesive at 25°C with normal handling is 24
hours. For full strength adhesive cure, the ladder must remain unloaded for 7
days.
DURASPAN has a range of accessories manufactured in 450mm internal radius
assembled by means of dough moulded compound (DMC) angle and rung
joiners. GRP covers are available.

Contract and Sale
of O-line Support Systems (Pty) Ltd And Its Subsidiary Companies herein stated as O-line.
All merchandise sold and business invited in O-line quotations, tenders, catalogues and price lists is subject to the O-line
Conditions of Quotation, Contract and Sale in force at that time. O-line reserves the right to modif y and change designs.
