BASIC OPERATIONS
Operation in Manual Mode
is performed by scrolling

TYPE: Reciprocating, two or four cylinder, single or two stage air cooled compressor driven by a 3 or
4 cylinder, four stroke, liquid cooled natural gas engine.

PACKAGE COMPONENTS:

Drive: Belt driven from engine PTO

Base: One piece, 5’x 7’, welded steel equipped with handling lugs

Piping: Steel high pressure lines with vibrator hoses on inlet and outlet of compressor. Manual vent
and blowdown line installed from final discharge for unloading to start engine. Two stage
compressors have inner stage cooling coil.

Safety Switches: Package is equipped with the following shut down devices:
• Low engine lube oil pressure and level
• Low compressor lube oil pressure and level
• Hi-low suction pressure
• Hi-low discharge pressure
• Hi discharge gas temperature
• Hi engine coolant temperature
• Hi liquid level in suction and discharge scrubber

Control Panel: Weather proof steel enclosure with glass cover. Instruments include: Electronic
engine tachometer and engine hour meter. Engine and Compressor oil pressure gauge. Suction and
discharge pressure gauges. Discharge temperature gauge. Digital Annunciator for safety shutdown
switches.

Scrubbers: Size 12”x48”inlet gas scrubber. 6”x 30” discharge gas scrubber and fuel bottle.
Equipped with pressure relief valves, and manual drain valves. Automatic dump valves optional.

Fuel System: Piped from suction scrubber for start up gas and from discharge scrubber for running
gas. Fuel pressure regulator(s) and fuel/air mixer

Finish: Steel base and scrubber are cleaned and painted.

Dimensions: Base is 5’x7’. Maximum height is 64”. Weight ranges from 1500 to 3500 lbs.

STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty applies to JBL, LLC pump driver or compressor packages shipped from the factory on or after January 1,
2005.

JBL, LLC (The Seller), subject to the following conditions, limitations and exclusions, warrants to Buyer that any
new product manufactured by Seller and purchased and paid for by Buyer will be free from defects in material and
workmanship for 12 months from the date of initial use or from the date of shipment, whichever period expires first. Seller
warrants products manufactured by others, such as engines, clutches, batteries and similar products; only to the extent that
Seller is able to enforce warranties provided to Seller by the manufacturer of such products. Seller warrants replacement
parts and products of its manufacture only to the extent of and for the unexpired warranty period of Seller’s warranty
applicable to the replaced part or product, if any. The terms, conditions and limitations of Seller’s warranties cannot be
waived or modified except by an instrument in writing executed by a duly authorized officer of Seller.
Seller’s warranty shall apply only if (1) Buyer promptly notifies Seller of the alleged defect upon discovery. (2)
Seller receives from Buyer written notice of the alleged defect within the warranty period and (3) Seller in its sole
judgment determines that the product is covered by its warranty. Seller shall have the option of requiring Buyer, at Buyer’s
sole risk and expense, to return the alleged defective part or product to Seller for inspection. If the Seller determines the
part or product is covered by its warranty, the Seller, at its option will repair or replace the part or product at Sellers
authorized repair facility or other Seller approved location during normal business hours. For (6) months from the date of
initial use or date of shipment from the factory, whichever period expires first; Seller will pay reasonable, established
labor needed to make warranty repairs during the repair facilities normal working hours.

This warranty does not include costs for transportation of parts or products to or from the authorized repair
facility, removal of product from attached equipment nor travel expense to repair the product in any location except those
approved by Seller.

Seller’s warranty does not apply to goods purchased for personal, family or household purposes, and Seller’s
warranty does not apply where (1) the part or product has been improperly installed, operated, maintained, altered or
serviced or (2) the part or product has been damaged in shipment or otherwise damaged without fault of Seller.

DISCLAIMER OF OTHER WARRANTIES: SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY. EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,

INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THE EXPRESS WARRANTY STATED OR DESCRIBED ABOVE.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. JBL,
LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OR CONTINGENT LIABLILITIES.
