    DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, Nadine Christine Diamante, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and a resident of
    ______________________, Iloilo City, in consideration of the sum of Five Million Pesos (P5,000,000.00),
    to me in hand paid by Riely Rojo, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and resident of La Paz, Iloilo
    City, do hereby sell and convey unto said Riely Rojo, a parcel of land with improvements thereof
    situated in Oton, Iloilo and more particularly described as follows:

    “A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 13 Blk 65 of consolidation subdivision plan


    (LRC) Pcs-12345, being a portion of consolidation Lots 6789-A and
    1011-B (LRC) Psd-734876, Lot 6, Psd-150980, LRC Rec. Nos. N-8679,
    89731, 89763, N-65732, N-857398, and 85470 situated in
    Municipality of Oton, Province of Iloilo, Island of Panay. Bounded on
    NE., point 6 to 2 by Road Lot 2, on...to the point of beginning;
    containing an area of (5,000) square meters more or less.”

    of which I am the registered owner in accordance with the Land Registration Act, as amended, my
    title thereto being evidenced by Transfer Certificate Title No. 8775 issued by the Register of
    Deeds of Iloilo.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed these presents at Quezon City this 10th
    day of March, 2015.

    under penalty of law to the whole truth of the contents of said instrument.
