PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

Preventive Maintenance is regular, systematic inspection, cleaning & repair of equipment & systems in order to prevent unplanned or premature failure.
This schedule needs to be customized for your individual property's needs. Work with your Regional Facilities Manager, Area Director, and Asset Manager to determine which systems are present at your property. Follow
the instructions below to customize this preventive maintenance schedule for your property.

Work with your Regional Facilities Manager, Area Director, and Asset Manager to determine if your property has Lead-based paint, asbestos, and/or are required to have Carbon Monoxide detectors. Note results below.
Lead Based Paint: Yes or No? Asbestos: Yes or No? Carbon Monoxide Detectors: Yes or No?

Instructions:
1 Form can be used as computer spreadsheet
2 Select "Yes" in the drop-down menus below (Column F) to select whether or not a particular equipment type is present.
3 For any equipment types that are not installed at your property - select "NO"
4 Click the button labeled "Hide/Unhide Modules."
5 Add an "X" in the boxes under the appropriate months when each inspection is scheduled for completion.
6 In Column T - "Performed By" - select "Site Staff" if the inspection is completed in-house.
7 In Column T - "Performed By" - select "Vendor" if a vendor completes the inspection(s).
