 All questions are compulsory.
 This question paper is divided into four sections, Section A contains 4 questions each carrying
1 mark, Section B contains 8 questions each carrying 2 marks, Section C contains 11
questions each carrying 4 marks and Section D contains 6 questions each carrying 6 marks.
 Question No. 28 must be attempted in graph paper.
 Graph paper will be provided to you.

ARB means A is related to B). Is R an equivalence relation on P(X)? Justify your answer.

and 2 units/kg of vitamin C. It costs Rs 50 per kg to purchase Food ‘I’ and Rs 70 per kg to
purchase Food ‘II’. Formulate this problem as a linear programming problem to minimize
the cost of such a mixture.
