    In the interest of the service and pursuant to the provisions of Sections 6 and 37 of
    Executive Order No. 124, dated 30 January 1987, Atty. KEN EDWARD S. STA. RITA,
    is hereby designated as Officer- In-Charge, Goods and Services Division, Procurement
    Service, vice Mr. Onofre B. Llanes, retired.

    Under and by virtue of this Order, Atty. Sta. Rita is directed to perform the duties and
    assume the responsibilities appurtenant to the position of Officer-In-Charge, Goods and
    Services Division.

    As such he is entitled to collect Representation and Transportation Allowance effective


    June 2018, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

    This Order shall take effect immediately.
