    Substance, Conspiracy to Manufacture Controlled Substance, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug
    Paraphernalia, and two (2) warrants out of Alexandria. Tara Gladhill, 30, of Hagerstown, MD., was arrested for
    Manufacturing Controlled Substance.

    passenger Margaret Monroe, 68, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for Drunk in Public.

    8/18 - James Madison Hwy./Sowego Rd. - 22:30 - Units responded to a traffic crash where the driver fled into the woods.
    A bag was located containing drugs, and a firearm . Case remains under investigation.
