 Retail Design development and project management from inception to execution of standalone building for Nesto Hypermarket and
Department Store & small scale shopping malls (40,000-60,000 sq.mt). It includes design & interiors of retail spaces and common
areas of shopping envelope together with allocating fresh food, health & beauty products, and space planning and preparation room
setup with kitchen equipment as per the brand requirement to achieve the set standards.
 Coordinate & Liaise with internal & external clients/ contractors/ vendors as required on project/ Design related matters and ensure

Design Stage:
 Developing concepts and Interaction with concept managers on technical and feasibility front of the retail layout. Modify the concept’s
design as per the site condition and functionality. Designing and planning the common areas and operational activities. Coordination with
concept Architects and modifying the layout for SPLASH, LIFESTYLE, BABYSHOP, SHOE MART AND BEAUTY BAY as per the site conditions
and liaison with local authorities.
Pre- Execution Stage:
 Prepare Tender Documentation in consultation with Purchase department, Operations Dept., Design Division and Consultants. Ensure
clear inclusions and exclusions of scope and scale, terms and conditions as per the projects requirements. Float Tenders as per guidelines
to invite / shortlist a minimum of 3 vendors. Arrange for negotiations on tenders between the bidders and the Projects Finance Team.
Oversee technical and commercial evaluation of vendors; raise legal Purchase Orders in the system and award of the job to successful
bidders / vendors.
Execution Stage:
 Ensure quality control on deliverables as per contractual terms with focus on cost and durability. Oversee and ensure completion of
