    Day 11, July 5, 2016

    In this day we are asked to go the site for inspection together with Engr. Dela Cruz (Fig.

    21). He pointed out some important things to remember in reinforcement in beams and slabs. As

    well as some things to avoid in site. We also check how were the reinforcement layout (Fig. 22).

    Day 13, July 7, 2016

    We are asked to estimate the Malolos Municipal Police Station. Here we have difficulties

    on matching their estimated values as they have different method of estimating. Because we are
    not familiar on how they are computing & and what things to consider when estimating, we take

    a look at their solutions and ask them some questions about that.

    Day 14, July 8, 2016

    We have different duties this day. Estimating the masonry works & reinforcements for the 2nd

    floor (Fig 25). We separate the estimate per floor level for the ease on how much quantities of

    materials needed per level at the actual construction. And we are asked for calling hardwares for

    canvassing materials. (Fig. 26)

    Day 15, July 9, 2016

    The apprentices were asked to finish the estimate of Malolos CPS. And also the apprentices

    estimate the “College of Engineering Tambayan” very carefully to meet the project cost for the

    submission of the bid.
