    FORMAL OFFER OF EVIDENCE

    The PETITIONER through the undersigned counsel, unto this


    Honorable Court most respectfully offers their exhibits to wit:

    1. Exhibit A. Certificate of Live Birth of MASTER OBI


    WAN-KENOBI issued by the Philippine Statistics
    Office;

    Purpose: To prove that the date of birth reflected in the


    Certificate of Live Birth of MASTER OBI WAN-KENOBI
    issued by the PSA was erroneously recorded as February
    29, 1999.

    2. Exhibit B. Certificate of Live Birth of MASTER OBI


    WAN-KENOBI issued by the Local Civil Registrar of
    Tatooine, Province of Alderaan;

    Purpose: To prove that date of birth reflected in the


    Certificate of Live Birth of MASTER OBI WAN-KENOBI
    issued by the Local Civil Registrar of was erroneously
    recorded as February 29, 1999, but the last digit of the year
    was superimposed with a number “8” in an attempt of the

    Local Civil Registrar to show the correct year of birth of
    MASTER OBI WAN-KENOBI;

    3. Exhibit C. Copy of the Printed Calendar for year 1999,


    as generated by www.timeanddate.com/calendar

    Purpose: To prove that 1999 was not a leap year, and that
    thise was no February 29, 1998.

    4. Exhibit D. Copy of Printed Calendar for year 1998, as


    generated by www.timeanddate.com/calendar

    Purpose: To prove that 1998 was a leap year, and not


    1999.

    5. Exhibit F. School Records of MASTER OBI WAN-


    KENOBI from Naboo College

    Purpose: To prove that he has been using February 29,


    1999, his correct and true date of birth in his school
    records, including his college years, clearly indicating the
    correct date and year of the petitioner;

    6. Exhibit I and sub-exhibits.
