2. Syarat dan ketentuan

 Penawaran ini berlaku sampai dengan 30 hari setelah tanggal pengiriman.

 Harga sewaktu-waktu dapat berubah tergantung nilai tukar USD terhadap Rupiah.
 Pergantian barang dapat berubah sesuai dengan ketersediaan dan kesepakatan
kedua belah pihak.
 Penambahan barang, penggantian barang, dan lingkup jasa diluar penawaran akan
dikenakan biaya tambah atau kurang.
 Ketentuan Pembayaran dibagi menjadi:
- 35% (Tiga Puluh Lima Persen) pembayaran “Uang Muka” akan dibayarkan oleh
PT. Bangun Tjipa Sarana lewat transfer ke rekening PT. Systema Global
Solusindo dalam waktu 3 hari kerja setelah penerbitan PO.

 - 30% (Tiga Puluh Persen) pembayaran “Barang Tiba” akan dibayarkan oleh PT.
Bangun Tjipa Sarana lewat transfer ke rekening PT. Systema Global Solusindo
dalam waktu 3 hari kerja setelah persetujuan Berita Acara Barang Tiba.
- 30% (Tiga Puluh Persen) pembayaran “Uji Terima” akan dibayarkan oleh PT.
Bangun Tjipa Sarana lewat transfer ke rekening PT. Systema Global Solusindo
dalam waktu 3 hari kerja setelah persetujuan Berita Acara Uji Terima.
- 5% (Lima Persen) pembayaran “Retensi” akan dibayarkan oleh PT. Bangun
Tjipa Sarana lewat transfer ke rekening PT. Systema Global Solusindo dalam
waktu 3 hari kerja setelah masa retensi (6 bulan), terhitung dari tanggal
persetujuan Berita Acara Uji Terima.
 Harga penawaran diatas tidak termasuk PPN 10%.
 Detail Bill of Quantity (BoQ) terlampir.
