    San Remigio District 1 Sports District Meet will be held on August 24 and 25, 2018 with different
    sports competition at different venue in order to meet the ideal facilities. One of the games is basketball
    in 3 by 3 competition. As agreed by the committee, Argawanon newly covered basketball court was
    chosen as the venue for basketball 3 by 3 both male and female category. The cooperation and help of
    the barangay is highly appreciated especially the preparation of the needed facility. In behalf of
    Argawanon Integrated School, I would like to ask some help from your good office for the restoration of
    faded color of basketball line for the preparation of the upcoming sport activity.

    Greetings!

    Municipal Sports Meet will be held on September 21 and 22, 2018 with different sports
    competition at different venue in order to meet the ideal facilities. One of the games is basketball in 3 by
    3 competition in which our basketball girls was the district 1 winner during the district meet. In order to
    compete from the winner of district 2 during the Municipal Sports Meet this week, I would like to ask
    permission from your office to excuse the basketball players from their classes starting today,
    September 21 and tomorrow September 22, 2018 at 3:00 to 5:00 in the afternoon for their practice.

    Attached herewith are the names of the players.

    I hope and pray for your positive response of this letter.
