Worked with Citi Bank’s OnBoarding and other associated applications like eFlow, KYC, eBAM(electronic Banking
Account Management), eForms, EDG(eForms Document Generator), FATCA(Foreign Account Tax and Compliance
Act), OBT(On Boarding Tool), Flexcube, eSearch.
The applications like eFlow and eBAM are basically used by the Citi Bank’s operations team to open an account in Citi
Bank for their Corporate Clients. The other associated application FATCA is used for lodging the Tax documents for
these corporate clients. eForms is an application where all the checklist documents associated in an Account Opening
process are created and maintained. Flexcube is the application used for processing the payments and final Account
Opening confirmations sent out to the clients.
The OnBoarding team is responsible for the Account Opening and maintenance of these corporate accounts using the
above mentioned various applications.
