    Terms of Service
    - In accordance with federal DOT regulations, CDL drivers are only permitted to drive 10 hours in a 15-hour
    workday. Bus jobs which exceed 10/15-hour work rules may involve hotel expenses and/or relief drivers.
    - Day trips are based on 12 hours of service - additional hourly rate is $110; additional day rate is $1,100.
    - Municipality permits, parking and airport fees are not included.
    - A bus contract will be issued only after a $200 per bus per day deposit is received via credit card or check.
    Checks may be mailed to DES 2825 Ogletown Road, Newark DE 19713.
    - All balances due 2 weeks prior to reservation date.
    - Driver gratuity is not included unless otherwise noted.
    - Delaware Express reserves the right to sub-contract services or equipment if necessary.
    - Customers will be held financially responsible for damage caused to equipment.
    - Delaware Express will not be held responsible for lost articles.
    - DES will not responsible for electronic technical issues such as WiFi, SAT/TV, DVD or screens.
    - Cancellation notice greater than 45 days prior to departure date is required for full deposit refund.
    Cancellations between 45-7 days will be accessed a $200 cancellation fee per bus per day. Cancellations less
    than 7 days will be assessed full fare.

    Please note: our 45 day cancellation policy will remain in force regardless of any conditions caused by acts of
    god, war or terrorism. At this point, if your trip is more than 45 days from this notice and you are not willing to
    assume this risk, please notify our office immediately to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund.
