    JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

    WE, JENNILENE LORICO and KENNY MELODY HOTINGOY,


    both of legal age, Filipinos and residents of Valencia and Dumaguete,
    Negros Oriental, respectively, having been duly sworn in accordance
    with law, hereby depose and state that:

    1. We personally know the person of CORA BANOGON-ANDREU


    because our families have been long friends with her and her
    family.

    2. That we know for a fact that the person by the name of


    "CORAZON BANOGON" appearing in the Transfer Certificate of
    Title no. 6584 refers to one and the same person named “CORA
    B. ANDREU” and “CORA BANOGON ANDREU, appearing on
    her OSCA ID, Passbook, and Passport ID.

    3. That we are neither related to her by consanguity nor affinity.

    4. As such, we execute this Affidavit to certify or attest to the truth of


    the foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose that this
    Affidavit may serve.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this
