MY MENTOR
ISM is an advanced class that is intended to teach students about a career of their choice through first-hand
observation and experience
Throughout the semester, students are expected to complete weekly activity logs and journal entries, research
assignments, and other activities
The semester mentorship culminates in the creation and presentation of a product and final outline explaining
what the student has learned
PROJECT TOPIC
Throughout this semester, I learned about the healthy development of infants through observation and
participation in check-ups
More generally, I experienced what it is like to work in a doctor’s office
