    Commission (NYC) to use the same for exhibition, education, and/or publicity
    purposes related to the campaign; and that NYC is not responsible for any claim
    involving copyright, trademark, credits, royalty infringement or any other
    violations related to the work. Once prize has been received, the Organizers
    shall have complete and sole ownership of the winning ads (including the
    consolation prize winners) to be utilized at its discretion.
