    Installation and activation

    Welcome to WaveLab!
    Congratulations and thank you for using Steinberg’s
    WaveLab!

    Installing your software


    Access your installation media, launch the setup file and
    follow the instructions to install the application on your
    system.

    Your software Activation Code


    Your activation code will be sent to your registered e-mail
    address, once you have entered your Download Access
    Code on MySteinberg. Also, your activation code will be
    available within your MySteinberg user account henceforth.

    Activating your license


    After installation of the software, open the eLicenser Control
    Center application that is installed with your product, and
    follow the instructions to activate your license.

    Registering your software


    Please register your product. Once you have done so, you
    are entitled to many benefits such as full support and

    WaveLab requires recent drivers and components for your

    Third-party plug-in support


    WaveLab supports 64-bit versions of VST 2 and VST 3 plug-
    in effects.
    Please make sure to have most recent versions of third-party
    plug-ins installed. If in doubt, please contact the respective
    manufacturer.
    32-bit versions of plug-in effects are not
    supported.
