    Notes:- (a) Extra buses will not be deployed in usual circumstances. In case of Vacations and Mid Semester break, when
    students vacate hostels, extra buses may be required for which demand will be forwarded well before time by Students
    Elected Representative Committee (SERC). (b) Buses shall be moving at right time (c) Buses at Permanent Campus
    (Karwad) {PC (K)} be parked at General Area Dining Hall and the same shall be Bussing/Debussing point. (d) At GPRA,
    Buses be parked at Vivek Vihar – Highway `T` Junction and move 05 mins before scheduled departure time to main gate
    (e) Starting and Terminal Point of B- 2 to B-3 will be IITJ Permanent Campus (Karwad) and B-1 will be GPRA.
    (f) Drivers must not be absent from buses and not permitted to stay inside the Campus (g) Regular vehicle maintenance
    be carried-out during weekends to avoid enroute breakdowns (h) No over-speeding & rough driving be resorted to
    (j) All buses and Drivers be available through out at respective locations to act as reserves (k) No buses be moving
    empty both ways (l) Drivers to ensure that bus door is closed before move. (m) Front seat exposed flank to have
    protective arm rest in all buses. (n) All vehicles to have serviceable spare wheel (Stepney). (o) Ensure Headlights and
    brakes always serviceable. (p) No buses less than 52 seater capacity be deployed except Mini bus. (q) Bus B-1 from
    GPRA to Karwad at 0800 h and B 1 & 3 from Karwad to GPRA at 1745 h & 1830 h will move via Project Office in Sector B.
    (r) None other than Faculty, Staff & Students are permitted to travel by IITJ buses.
