The Caterpillar “Think Big” Program is a cooperative two-year college level Student Technician
education program that leads to an Associate in Applied Science degree with a major in
Caterpillar Service Technology. “Think Big” is offered by CAT participating dealers and is
operated by North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, North Dakota.
