This bulletin will provide information for the replacement of the air intake pipe from the
air clieaner to the turbo charger.

See “Procedure” page 2.

Procedure

Parts Required 4
(1) 3917915 Air Intake Ki Install the new sleeve (02–7075419),
tube (22314–0044), and elbow
Contents: (3081898). Refer to figure 1 for the
(1) 22314–0044 Intake Pipe new parts that are to be installed.
(1) 02–7075419
(1) 3081898

Tools Required Install the air restriction fitting and
(1) Flat Screw Driver hook up the 1/4” line.
(1) 9/16” Wrench

Remove the air filter restriction line Check for for clearance of the intake
and fitting from the air intake tube. pipe and the turbo charge housing.
Adjust if necessary.

Loosen the clamps on the sleeve and
remove it from the air filter housing.

Loosen the clamps on the elbow that
is connected to the tube with the air
restriction fitting hole. Then remove
the elbow, tube and the sleeve.

Note: Reuse the air intake clamps on


the new tube assembly.
