    Conditional Guilty Plea Offer Subject to Special Discovery and Presentation of Bonds

    I accept everything you have done to me, and I can offer a plea of guilty to the facts, but
    innocent of a crime, upon proof of claim of these discovery questions:

    1. Prove that I am a decedent,


    2. Prove that my given when born name is not Doe, John-Henry, as opposed to the estate
    or trust name on the documents as JOHN H. DOE.
    3. Prove that I have accepted liability of the decedent as surety,
    4. Prove I am not the a beneficial interest holder of the estate named John L. Doe named in
    this matter, and the judge and/or prosecutor(s) are in fact the trustees and liable surety for
    settling and closing this account, as I do not accept that position as surety. I rebut any
    previous presumptions to the contrary based on previous appearances of filings and
    disclaim being trustee/defendant as named.
    5. Prove that the prosecutor, and parties such a judges, magistrates, clerks, and other court
    related employees do not have a reportable tax liability for the Alternate Valuation on
    their Carryover Basis in this matter, for the tax liability. This therefore, provides evidence
    that all attorneys, agents, and prosecutor, must have put up their bond and/or insurance
    information for the record, and thus disclose their indemnity insurance carrier
    information to me in the event I am harmed. That bond shall be further backed by lawful
    money, according to Article 1 Section 10 of the US Constitution.
    6. Provide certified copies of the oath of office and bonds for all the judges, magistrates,
    and prosecuting attorneys involved in this matter.
    7. Proof of authority showing where any parties making a claim on the estate or trying to
    administer it, are with my express written permission, as its’ executor.
    8. (optional idea if you enter a Silver or GSA bond etc) Prove that I have not entered my
    own bond backed by lawful money to come in good standing and honor, with a superior
    bond and claim to set off any inferior bonds in the case (do this if you want to include an
    optional Silver Bond submission for added leverage).

    I have presented this document-vessel under the jurisdiction of the Universal Postal Union by
    paying the transit fees of $1 as the postmaster cancelling the stamp of this vessel, for this vessel’s
    delivery and peaceful protection under registered mail# __________________.

    To assist these issues, in order to proceed, I hereby also demand the 1099 OID from all parties
    for the tax due or I have no choice but to report this matter to The Treasury Inspector General,
    the IRS CID on a form 4490 and 8281 or otherwise, as a report of a potential tax evasion, and
    further inform the Postal Service and Universal Postal Union of such issues. I am duty bound as
    a private American to report such issues when I become aware of a public servant engaged in
    money laundering, mail fraud, fictitious conveyance of language under 18 USC 1001, and as
    otherwise necessary.

    Failing to provide these proofs within the time specified, this document will also stand as a
    Motion to Dismiss for failure to state a claim for which relief can be granted, with prejudice.
    This motion is in effect if all matters are not fully disclosed with supporting evidence within 10
    days of receipt by the court, and responded to under oath by the responding parties.

    Until such time all conditions above are proven and authenticated on the record, all previous
    actions, orders, signatures, and pleas are now void, until jurisdiction is proven on the record by
    the plaintiff/prosecutor. Notice to principal is notice to agent.
