HARD ROCK HISTORY

Hard rock is a genre of rock music that emerged in the late 60s in the United
States and Europe, particularly in the UK. Some of its main exponents are or
were Deep Purple, Blue Cheer, Def Leppard , The Who , AC/DC , Queen ,
Aerosmith ,Led Zeppelin , Guns N' Roses
Whitin its origins and influences can be mentioned styles and genres as diverse
as classic rock, blues rock, garage rock, psychedelic rock, and folk music, but
from different points of view, it was eliminating external elements and it
constituted as identity. the term hard rock usually embraces derivatives and
subgenres heavier and rough rock than traditional , among which we can
mention the heavy metal , grunge , glam metal, southern rock, stoner rock ,
punk rock , among others , which can be considered as falling within subgenres
of hard rock , genres or derivatives thereof.
More commonly, though, it is considered that those who consolidated the hard
rock were three bands in the UK, known as the Trinity of the gods of hard rock.
These groups are Deep Purple with his album In Rock (1970), Black Sabbath
with his album Paranoid (1970) and Master of Reality (1971) also Led Zeppelin
with their album Led Zeppelin III (1970) and Led Zeppelin IV (1971).
in 1980 the two most successful albums of this decade were Slippery When
Wet Bon Jovi, published 1986 and sold more than 29 million copies worldwide,
making it the album of glam metal's best-selling history, and laureate Appetite
for Destruction by Guns N 'Roses, which was released in 1987 and combined
elements of heavy metal, hard rock and glam rock, selling more than 32 million
copies worldwide, being the debut album best selling rock history.
Finally I think the best hard rock album is appetite for destruction of guns n
roses. because it was the album with which this band could achieve their
success, the songs from this album are very well worked as the case of
welcome to the jungle, nightrain and sweet child o 'mine, these songs were the
most representative of the time of 80
