AFFIDAVIT OF RIGHT OF WAY

I, _____________, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen, and resident of


Manocmanoc, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan, after having been sworn to in accordance
with law, do hereby depose and say:

2. That I know and recognize _____________________ as the owner of Lot No.

3. That ______________________ and his family, in order to have an access to


and from their property and to the main road, being the nearest road and least
burdensome to them and to all other person/s in possession of said Lot No.

(3) meters wide running through the whole length of my property is necessary
to serve as Right of Way;
